Wer schon lange mit auf dem Dach ist dem klingelt da vielleicht noch was im Ohr – der Okujou Beat Salon kommt wieder ins *Wohnzimmer – zuletzt in 2019, also vor der Pandemie, doch recht regelmäßig auf unsere Bühne zu Gast – als eine Art Jam Session mit Konzerten und Gastmusiker:innen – nicht unbedingt im Jazz verwurzelt sondern mehr im Experiment zwischen Trip-Hop. Kraut, World, tiefen Grooves und ungewöhnlicher Instrumentierung. Wir sind gespannt was uns Gastgeber Izumi Yamamoto, der uns zuletzt bei der Laschian Party im März begeistert hatte, heute auf der Bühne kredenzen wird.

If you are following us since a while you might recognize the Okujou Beat Salon from our pre-pandemic program – they hosted sessions in our *Wohnzimmer, bringing a mix of Trip-Hop, World music, Kraut and Deep Grooves to our stage. Now they are back and we are very curious what sounds host Izumi Yamamoto will bring to our ears tonight.
