Seit 2015 ist Jazzy Berlin auf dem Klunkerkranich zuhause. Das sind inzwischen über 10 Jahre und immer wieder ein Grund zur Freude. Die allererste Session von Jazzy Berlin auf dem Kranich war so überrannt, dass ein Großteil der Gäste den Jam von außen verfolgen musste. Über die Jahre hat Avi Albers Ben Chamo Jazzy immer wieder neu erfunden, alte Zöpfe abgeschnitten und sich auf das Wesentliche konzentriert: den Jazz & die Verbindung zum Publikum. In 2026 können wir uns wieder einmal im Monat auf eine Session freuen – jeden 3. Sonntag im Monat.

11 Years of Jazzy Berlin on Klunkerkranich. Since 2015 the band stand found its home on our roof, bringing the Jazz back to the people. The very first session was so overrun, guests had to stand outside in drizzling rain to watch the jam. Over the years Avi Albers Ben Chamo, head of Jazzy Berlin, reinvented, adapted and went against all odds. To focus on whats most dear to his heart: the jazz and the connection to the audience. For the 11th season of Jazzy Berlin up the roof we will host one session a month – always on the 3rd Sunday.
