For more than four years now, Berlin Sessions X Klunkerkranich stands for high-quality live acts from Berlin. Highlighting some of the best music the city has to offer, we’re always grateful that Berlin attracts so many exciting artists.
This month, we’ve invited two incredible acts, whose music couldn’t be much more different: ANT ANTIC will showcase their electronic and bass-driven pop, and J.Lamotta すずめ will soothe our souls with her unique mixture of Jazz, Soul and Hip-Hop.
It’s music with a view. We welcome you for drinks, good music and a spectacular view all over this beautiful town!

ANT ANTIC
Originally from Vienna, ANT ANTIC are among the most interesting artists in electronic music emerging from Austria at the moment.
Set against Marco’s beats (where one might expect that Jai Paul had his fingers in), Tobias’ distinctive, haunting trademark vocals will stay with you forever. Taking their debut album’s energy to the stage as a three-piece live band, Ant Antic are most definitely a name to keep an eye on.

J.Lamotta すずめ
In 2014, just before finishing her Bachelor degree in Jazz, J.Lamotta すずめ (speak: Jay Lamotta Suzume) decided to relocate to Berlin – instead of New York – where she was supposed to finish her studies. Here, she found her passion for soul and hip-hop through the sounds of Marvin Gaye, Curtis Mayfield and J Dilla. In December 2017 she released her debut album „Conscious Tree“ via Jakarta Records, mixing various influences for a laidback, unique sound.
