Das Fem Jam Collective macht sich stark für FLINTA* in der Musik Szene und organisiert seit einigen Jahren regelmäßig Jam Sessions bei denen als Startband eine reine FLINTA* Band den Jam eröffnet. Musikalisch sind im Jam keine Grenzen gesetzt – der Jazz ist die Wurzel und von dort geht es in der offene Jam Session (zu der Alle willkommen sind) in verschiedenste Richtungen – je nachdem wer sich am Spektakel beteiligt.

The Fem Jam Collective organizes Jam Sessions for FLINTA* and beyond, kicking of the session with a FLINTA* only start band, that opens up the jam session. The jam is open to all musicians and roots in Jazz, but takes it way beyond its borders.
