Der Kulturdachgarten Klunkerkranich ist ein kultur-sozialer Ort für die Entwicklung neuer Kunst, Musik und Zusammenlebensformen mit niedrigschwelligem Zugang für Besucher:innen, Künstler:innen, Musiker:innen und Partner:innen.
Der Klunkerkranich begreift sich als eine Plattform für Musik, Kunst und ganzheitliche Veranstaltungskonzepte. Wir fühlen uns stark mit unserem Kiez und unserer Nachbarschaft verbunden und begreifen uns sowohl als Frei-Raum für sozio-kulturellen Austausch, aber als auch als Bühne für verschiedenartige Formen von Kunst & Kultur und wollen damit zum kulturellen Gemeinwohl Neuköllns und Berlins beitragen.
Im Klunkerkranich finden neben Live-Konzerten und Performances aller Stilrichtungen, Club-Nächte, interkulturelle Festivals, Workshops, Diskussionsrunden und vieles mehr statt. Durch niedrigschwellige Eintritte und eine weltoffene Grundhaltung ist der Klunkerkranich ein generationsübergreifender Ort, der zum Austausch anregt, Inspirationen liefert und als Möglich-Macher für die Szene fungiert, lokal als auch international. Inhaltlich bringt das Programm die Berliner Subkultur auf das Dach und präsentiert Künstler:innen und Musiker:innen die jenseits von Mainstream und Kommerz arbeiten. Eine Plattform über den Dächern Berlins, die Kultur schafft und möglich macht.

Klunkerkranich is a cultural roof-top garden and defines itself as a socio-cultural space for new forms of artistic expression, music and community, with a low-threshold access for our guests, artists, musicians and partners.
We created Klunkerkranich as a platform for music, art and holistic event concepts. We feel strongly connected to our neighborhood and aim to be a space for socio-cultural connection and exchange, as well as a stage for a diverse cultural programming and want to add value to the common good of our district and the city of Berlin.
At Klunkerkranich we are hosting live concerts, performances of all kind, club nights, intercultural festival, workshops, panel discussions and much more. Through our low-entrance policy and our cosmopolitan mindset, we shaped a space that connects generations, stimulates exchange and creates opportunities for the cultural scene, locally as well as internationally.
We transfer Berlin’s vast subculture from the underground up to our roof and provide a space for artists and musicians, that work beyond the mechanics of mainstream and commercial culture. We are a platform over the roofs of Berlin, that creates and enables culture in all its diversity.
